R6 astromech droids also known as the R6-series were a series of astromech droids. Much like the R5 series, the R6's head was shaped like a conical frustum, but its eye piece more closely resembled that of the R2 series.
During the competitive sporting show Hunters of the Outer Rim in 9 ABY, the R6 series was used in the combat game Power Control.
